Summer 2026 Digital Channels Intern

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in key meetings across Digital Channels and Payments, focusing on Product and Business Planning.
• Develop and gain exposure to skills such as Co-pilot, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Airtable, flow charts, diagrams, journey mapping, and personas.
• Assist with Product Roadmaps, Product Testing, and Digital Analytics.
• Support the Division by managing a book of tasks to develop skills and advance business objectives.
• Attend FNB-related events and training scheduled for all Summer Interns.
• Network with key FNB Partners across Marketing and IT to grow professional contacts.

Requirements

• Must be officially enrolled in an undergraduate bachelor program with a major in areas such as Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Information Technology.
• No prior work experience required.
• Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity.
• Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally.
• Willingness to learn aggressively and ask questions.
• Ability to work well with others and contribute to team goals.
• Ability to deliver results, meet deadlines, and manage risk.
• Understanding and adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Nice to Have

• Experience with business analysis, financial analysis, or project management.
• Familiarity with digital tools such as Power BI, Airtable, flow charts, and journey mapping.
• Previous exposure to banking or financial services industry.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
