Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Director, eCommerce Direct to Consumer to identify client needs, define deliverables and develop a delivery plan to ensure the engagement is a success
  • Responsible for on time, on-budget delivery of the engagement at the expected quality of deliverables, with the support of the Specialist, CRO for project management and creation of deliverables
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other teams at Night Market, Horizon, the client's partners and vendors, and the client to deliver the engagement
  • Communicate engagement needs and status with team and client, including status reports and escalations, and participate in presenting deliverables for review and approval
  • Analyze the client website, landing pages, emails, and digital ads versus best practices, competitor practices, data-driven insights, customer research, and test results to evaluate effectiveness
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve conversion and other business goals using proven business techniques
  • Determine and describe gaps and requirements to execute opportunities for improving conversion, working with cross-functional teams
  • Develop and communicate recommendations for the client and create a roadmap for solution implementation
  • Lead meetings with client teams, partners, and vendors to gather information and plan solutions
  • Support the delivery of solutions using platforms such as A/B testing tools, and lead the effective delivery of creative work in collaboration with relevant teams
  • Own analytics and reporting to measure impact and identify further optimization opportunities
  • Help troubleshoot or escalate issues during engagement to ensure effective delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, e.g., business, marketing, web design
  • 3 to 5 years of experience with digital marketing, web design, and/or ecommerce with emphasis on performance-driven programs
  • Experience with fundamental CRO principles, including A/B and Multivariate testing, web design, analytics, landing page optimization, user journeys, personas, and customer segments
  • Analytical mindset and competence in working with data to uncover insights, including proficiency in Excel and tools like Google Analytics
  • Basic understanding of technology/platforms powering digital channels such as HTML/CSS, Shopify, product data feeds, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Competency in at least one testing platform, e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely, Adobe Target, Unbounce
  • Experience working with digital creative and content, with a willingness to increase understanding of creative development processes
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment: resourceful, flexible, resilient, positive, and capable of real-time problem solving
