The Support Facilities Development Project Manager I supports the planning, design, entitlement, construction, and turnover of non-store real estate projects, including warehouses, distribution centers, corporate offices, and other support properties. Reporting to the Support Facilities Development Department Manager, this role ensures projects align with internal operational needs and long-term company objectives. A critical responsibility of this role is internal coordination working with Operations, Supply Chain, IT Facilities, Physical Security, and other internal departments to understand their specific needs and ensure projects are designed accordingly. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, supporting the broader Support Facilities Development team. Please note that this is a full-time in-office position.
