About the Role

The Software Team at Nova is looking for a Software Engineer to join the feature development of our complex in-house platform, designed for critical dimension measurements in the semiconductor industry. Nova is a global company and a leading provider of innovative metrology solutions for process control in semiconductor manufacturing, leveraging multiple technology fields such as physics, optics, chemistry, and algorithms to develop hardware and software solutions that measure almost every advanced computer chip built in the world.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support features for a complex in-house software platform, including implementing and troubleshooting sequences, algorithms, optimizations, calibrations, and integrations with other system modules.
Proactively drive improvements across domain areas — including tools, processes, technologies, and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the integration of the platform with FAB systems and other factory equipment.
Be part of an Agile Scrum team that values continuous learning, self-improvement, and close collaboration across disciplines to create meaningful impact.

Requirements

BSc in Software Engineering or a related field.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software design and development.
Minimum of 3 years working in a multidisciplinary SW/HW environment.
Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
A dedicated, self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
High-level English - both written and spoken.
Willingness and ability to travel abroad for short periods when required.
Flexibility to work across the full stack - from front-end UI to back-end server components.
