Tech Lead Manager - Data Platform

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the construction of offline and real-time data warehouses
• In-depth understanding of business and product and reasonably abstract business requirements, work closely with the business team and give full play of the data value
• Responsible for planning and building up an industry-leading data warehouse team, and providing full play to the value of data
• Responsible for communication of demand and data development project management

Requirements

• Familiar with data warehouse implementation methodology, in-depth understanding of data warehouse system, and have supported actual business scenarios
• Sensitive to business, able to quickly understand the business background, and have excellent ability to integrate technology and business
• More than 5 years of data warehouse or big data development, rich experience in real-time or offline data system construction
• Hands-on experience in building scalable data solutions with big data processing and distributed storage engines, such as Hadoop, Spark, Flink, Elastic Search, Druid, ClickHouse, etc.
• Experience in the role of big data team leader is preferred
• Experience in data system construction with complex business scenarios is preferred
• 5+ years experience of engineering leadership in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Experience supporting actual business scenarios with data warehouses
• Hands-on experience with big data processing and distributed storage engines
• Leadership experience in a data engineering or big data team

Benefits & Perks

• Annual base salary range of $224,000 - $410,000, depending on qualifications and location
