About the Role

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Delivery Manager to lead a high-priority contract profiling initiative within the GCO Business Contracts area, delivered on an enterprise analytics platform (BDAP), which is built on Azure and Databricks. The project focuses on profiling legal contracts to extract, standardize, and validate key metadata and clauses for reporting, reconciliation, and compliance oversight. The role involves managing the delivery of an automated solution that ingests, parses, normalizes, and flags contractual data, generating outputs for compliance, legal, and operational teams. Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day delivery of the project, ensuring timely execution of sprints and adherence to agreed milestones.
Work closely with Product, Architecture, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to align priorities and unblock delivery issues.
Act as the central point of coordination for all stakeholder groups including Legal, Finance, and Compliance ensuring clear communication and expectations management.
Oversee integration of the solution into BAU operations post-launch, with attention to data quality, governance, and ongoing enhancements.

Requirements

Experience with BDAP (Big Data Analytics Platform) built on Azure and Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake).
Knowledge of Azure Data Factory (ADF) for orchestration and Power BI for reporting.
Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON file parsing, and SQL-based model curation.
Demonstrated success delivering complex data or analytics initiatives in an Agile environment.
Experience working with legal, finance, or compliance stakeholders in a structured delivery setup.
Strong skills in managing cross-functional teams and translating business needs into technical execution plans.
Understanding of modern data platforms, including ETL pipelines, cloud-based architecture, and governance models.
