Key Responsibilities

End-to-end ownership of engineering program activities from product concept to launch.
Collecting business requirements from key stakeholders and converting them into technical requirements and managing their prioritization with engineering team.
Make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-release, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote project teams.
Develop and drive critical high-level strategic initiatives.
Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
Oversee documentation effort with technical writers to ensure all necessary documentation for how-to, support, and troubleshooting tools are created and maintained.

Requirements

Requires a Master's degree (Foreign degree equivalent accepted) in Computer Science, Engineering, Management of Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
2 years of experience in the Job offered or in a related occupation.
Experience must include 24 months of experience in each of the following: Leading strategic implementation and planning for risk and growth.
Experience with C++, Java, JavaScript, or PHP.
Experience coordinating release and deployment of projects.
Experience building operational improvement proposals.
Experience using project metrics to drive operation efficiencies.
Experience participating in design discussions.

Qualifications

Master's degree in a relevant field or foreign degree equivalent.

$183,793/year to $213,400/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
