About the Role

As the Senior Tech Lead, you'll head a pod of engineers responsible for end-to-end application development and integration. This role requires deep expertise in GCP and both front-end (React) and back-end (Java Spring Boot) technologies, along with proficiency in debugging and optimizing code. Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers responsible for end-to-end application development and integration.
Develop and deploy cloud-based Java applications using GCP, including cloud architecture, security, DevOps, and data analytics.
Create REST APIs and integrate with Kafka, PUBSUB, or SQS.
Utilize GIT/Bitbucket and Docker for version control and containerization.
Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
Write unit and integration tests using appropriate testing frameworks.
Design and work within Event Driven architecture.
Work with databases such as PL/SQL, Oracle, Postgres, and understand BigQuery techniques.
Debug and optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and analyze problems.
Implement application security using Spring Security.
Apply knowledge of asynchronous programming and persistence frameworks like JPA or Hibernate.

Requirements

Strong experience with GCP, Java (Java 8 or higher), Spring Boot, and React JS.
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, Postgres, and data modeling principles.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub, and monitoring tools like Splunk and AppDynamics.
GCP Certification.
Proficiency in debugging and performance optimization techniques.
Core Java skills including object-oriented concepts, collections, exception handling, JDBC, and servlets.
Hands-on experience with Spring framework modules like Spring Core, Spring Batch, Spring AOP.
Experience with creating REST APIs and integrating with messaging systems like Kafka, PUBSUB, SQS.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and cloud architecture.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Nice to Have

Experience with event-driven architecture.
Knowledge of data modeling and BigQuery techniques.
Experience with asynchronous programming and persistence frameworks like JPA or Hibernate.
Good collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications

GCP Certification.
Experience with Java, Spring Boot, React JS, and relational databases.
