Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the UiPath platform vision and roadmap.
  • Deeply understand internal and external customers' needs and challenges.
  • Drive the strategy for maturing platform capabilities and increasing adoption across UiPath product teams.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (compliance, marketing, sales, legal, pricing, other product managers) to gather feedback from customers and partners.
  • Work closely with sales to collect feedback and transform it into features to be included in the roadmap.
  • Become known as a UiPath Business Automation Platform product expert internally by deeply understanding our platform, our customers, and how they use it.
  • Use this knowledge to help direct the platform strategy.
  • Be a product evangelist both internally and externally.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, third-party product compliance and administration capabilities, and future plans.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of technical product management experience on an enterprise B2B product.
  • Experience defining, shaping, and delivering platform capabilities over multiple release cycles.
  • Domain knowledge in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Security / Governance.
  • Experience working with Cloud SaaS; micro-services architecture experience is desired.
  • Deep technical depth; may include previous software development experience.
  • Data-driven approach; structured thinker; well-organized, with a positive can-do attitude.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with micro-services architecture.
  • Previous software development experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in enterprise B2B product management.
