Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the UiPath platform vision and roadmap.
Deeply understand internal and external customers' needs and challenges.
Drive the strategy for maturing platform capabilities and increasing adoption across UiPath product teams.
Work closely with internal stakeholders (compliance, marketing, sales, legal, pricing, other product managers) to gather feedback from customers and partners.
Work closely with sales to collect feedback and transform it into features to be included in the roadmap.
Become known as a UiPath Business Automation Platform product expert internally by deeply understanding our platform, our customers, and how they use it.
Use this knowledge to help direct the platform strategy.
Be a product evangelist both internally and externally.
Stay up to date with industry trends, third-party product compliance and administration capabilities, and future plans.

Requirements

4+ years of technical product management experience on an enterprise B2B product.
Experience defining, shaping, and delivering platform capabilities over multiple release cycles.
Domain knowledge in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Security / Governance.
Experience working with Cloud SaaS; micro-services architecture experience is desired.
Deep technical depth; may include previous software development experience.
Data-driven approach; structured thinker; well-organized, with a positive can-do attitude.

Nice to Have

Experience with micro-services architecture.
Previous software development experience.

Qualifications

Experience in enterprise B2B product management.
