Key Responsibilities

Manage complex projects for product, compliance, and customer requests
Review, analyze, and track various milestones throughout the release lifecycle
Track projects entering and leaving the release & report weekly state of the release to management and PMO
Facilitate daily calls to track testing issues and host client implementation review calls
Manage the Business Command Center (BCC) during a major release
Identify trends and provide updates on projects and teams potentially at risk for releases

Requirements

4+ years of previous project coordination, release management, or project management experience
4+ years of experience in an Agile environment
4+ years of experience with tools such as JIRA or MS Project
2+ years of experience with the software development life cycle and release management process
Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience

Nice to Have

Industry certifications
Big 4 consulting experience
Ability to effectively communicate amongst technical and non-technical teams
Work independently on releases with minimal direct supervision
