As a member of the Capco Technology Delivery Team, you'll bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. As a Technical Program Delivery Manager, you'll play an integral role using your experience and skills to contribute to the quality and implementation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own integrated program planning, tracking, and execution across a portfolio of interrelated projects.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end timelines, deliverable tracking, and milestone reviews.
  • Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure alignment between technical teams, business stakeholders, and governance bodies.
  • Prepare and lead program-level updates, risk reviews, and executive check-ins.
  • Manage governance forums, including SteerCo preparation and documentation.
  • Facilitate alignment across internal client teams and third-party delivery partners.
  • Maintain clear and actionable reporting on status, blockers, risks, and key decisions.
  • Ensure traceability of program scope, changes, and approvals.
  • Uphold delivery standards, working closely with PMO and transformation leadership.
  • Drive program transparency and coordination using tools like JIRA, MS Project, or equivalent platforms.
  • Ensure consistent and auditable tracking of milestones and deliverables.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading complex enterprise programs, ideally in technology or transformation domains.
  • Strong executive presence with experience presenting to a C-level audience.
  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, executive reporting, and program governance processes.
  • Strong experience using JIRA, MS Project, or equivalent for program management.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and coordination skills across business and technical audiences.
  • Experience managing vendor and cross-team delivery environments.
  • Willingness to work in the Northern Virginia office 5 days/week.
