Key Responsibilities

Engage with multiple partners across the globe to coordinate Application Security planning and risk remediation
Establish credibility and maintain close working relationships with partner teams (Security, Engineering, IT, Legal, Customer Success, etc.)
Lead the definition and reporting on key metrics to track success and growth of the team
Ensure key initiatives are tracked and objectives met promptly by coordinating dependencies across multiple teams
Communicate program goals and status to partners and help to drive outcomes for Remitly and our customers
Manage strategic programs, roadmaps and plans and drive improvements in processes and documentation for the Application Security

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a technical program manager
In depth working knowledge of application security best practices
Experience with trade-offs in information security
Experience leading cross-team initiatives
Strong alignment to our mission and values
Partner with stakeholders across the organization in a global environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

Exposure to cloud services like AWS
Familiarity with agile engineering practices
