Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage engineering projects in Platform Engineering and Data Architecture from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Apply product management practices to conduct user research, journey mapping, and business impact assessment to create product roadmaps and product requirement documentation.
Collaborate with senior architects to assess the feasibility of products and solutions, and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress to ensure successful outcomes.
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and product quality.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply them to improve project outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project engineering management, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects.
Strong technical background in engineering, with expertise in relevant technical areas.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
