Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain facility move sub-project documents, including facility move definition, schedule, budget, and move coordination.
  • Support the overarching Facility Design Project.
  • Manage moving large volume personnel and equipment between buildings.
  • Coordinate with SMEs and stakeholders to drive consensus, communicate status, and execute assignments.
  • Perform duties with minimal guidance, demonstrating initiative and organizational skills.
  • Anticipate problems and create solutions related to facility moves and project management.

Requirements

  • An active TS/SCI POLY clearance.
  • Ability to travel locally between various WMA sites as required.
  • Experience with project management techniques of technical projects, including project documentation, schedules, and budget templates.
  • Demonstrated performance with moving large volume personnel and equipment between buildings.
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience working with SMEs and stakeholders to drive consensus and communicate effectively.
  • Capable of performing duties with minimal guidance, self-starter, with a strong degree of initiative.
  • Excellent organizational and scheduling skills, with the ability to anticipate problems and create solutions.
  • Ability to communicate project needs in a politically astute manner and appreciate diverse stakeholder skillsets.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across organizational boundaries and exhibit leadership with effective interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Network Administrator or related Network Operations experience, or 5 years with a BS/BA, 3 years with an MS/MA, or no formal degree with equivalent experience.

Qualifications

  • 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD
  • Minimum 8 years experience as a Network Administrator or related Network Operations experience in lieu of degree
