About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Building and leading cross-functional project teams, setting expectations, and ensuring the team has the necessary resources and support.
• Collaborating closely with the Product Owner and team to ensure the product backlog is well-maintained and prioritized.
• Facilitating Agile processes to ensure correct understanding and application by the team.
• Capturing and using Agile metrics and feedback to help the team continuously improve.
• Monitoring project scope to prevent scope creep and making necessary adjustments.
• Supporting user training and troubleshooting during project delivery.
• Preparing regular metrics and reporting results at the end of each sprint.
• Performing root cause analysis and process improvement to ensure continuous development.
• Analyzing and reviewing business or functional requirement and design documents for testability.
• Ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met and striving to enhance support quality.
• Utilizing project management tools such as Rally and Jira.

Requirements

• Requires at least a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or a related field.
• Must possess 3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Software Engineer, Systems Engineer, or related.
• Experience with SAP implementations supporting Record to Report business areas such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury Management, Tax, and General Accounting.
• Experience facilitating Agile practices, enhancing team collaboration, and delivering projects successfully.
• Understanding of integrations between SAP SD, MM, and external systems.
• Experience collaborating with Functional Analysts and ABAP Developers.
• Knowledge of core Java concepts: object-oriented programming, Garbage Collecting, Exception Handling, and Collections.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodology, root cause analysis, and process improvement.
• Experience with project management tools like Rally and Jira.
• Ability to perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and SWOT analysis.
• Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice to Have

• Experience with supporting user training and troubleshooting in SAP environments.
• Experience with metrics and reporting in Agile projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in relevant field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in related roles.
