The role involves overseeing strategic projects, collaborating across teams, and managing software releases within the Investments and Capital Markets division, which handles portfolio management, debt funding, liquidity, and securitization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate across development teams, change management, Enterprise Governance, and Enterprise Risk management to meet project deadlines, policies, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Define and prioritize product backlogs, working closely with stakeholders to realize the product vision.
  • Manage monthly software release processes, developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate environment changes with infrastructure teams, change management, and impacted users.
  • Serve as the point person for incident management, including communications, resolution, and root cause analysis.
  • Create technical and knowledge documentation and define new procedures.
  • Handle Unix troubleshooting, shell scripting, and oversee build, testing, deployment, and integration using Jenkins, Kubernetes, GIT, Artifactory, and BitBucket.
  • Participate in a limited on-call schedule for releases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in information systems (MIS), computer science, or a related engineering field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of Technical Project Manager experience using Jira, with expert-level hands-on experience in Jira.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Office Suite, Unix/Linux Shell scripting.
  • Technical background with over 5 years of experience developing and maintaining Java software applications.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Release Management practices.
  • Ability to research and learn new methodologies and technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction with developers, product owners, and subject matter experts.
  • AWS or Cloud Engineering experience is highly desired.

  • Experience with AWS or Cloud Engineering.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in information systems, computer science, or related engineering fields, with advanced studies preferred.
