The role involves working on technical SEO projects, conducting site audits, collaborating with clients and internal teams, and mentoring associates, with a focus on technical site analysis and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Crawling sites of up to 5 million URLs and analyzing crawl data to diagnose underlying technical issues.
Prioritizing recommendations based on their potential impact on clients' businesses.
Presenting findings and recommendations directly to clients and internal stakeholders.
Collaborating with Seer developers to determine practical fixes for identified issues and developing project roadmaps.
Supporting the skill development and task delegation of Technical SEO Associates.
Collaborating with SEO & Content Managers on clients to support broader SEO and digital marketing strategies.

Requirements

Extensive experience managing multiple Technical SEO projects for Medium to Enterprise-level clients in a digital agency environment.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines.
Technical SEO expertise including canonicalization, sitemaps, crawl budget, etc.
Deep experience with Screaming Frog, Oncrawl, and similar tools.
Experience conducting technical SEO audits on sites of all sizes.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues on large sites, including e-commerce and international sites.
Ability to explain technical issues and solutions clearly to clients and teammates.
Proficiency in analyzing data from Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, look-up functions, conditional functions).
Comfort with researching technical issues and making actionable recommendations.

Nice to Have

Experience working on enterprise-level sites, including e-commerce and international sites.
Ability to recognize common technical issues and explain solutions in plain language.
Experience with AI tools for diagnosing technical issues.

Qualifications

Experience managing technical SEO projects for medium to enterprise clients.
Proficiency with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog and Oncrawl.
Experience with large-scale site audits and troubleshooting.

Benefits & Perks

$75,000-$95,000 annually, final offer based on skills and experience.
Evaluation of compensation at least once a year.
