The role involves providing strategic leadership as a Senior Program Manager, managing complex IT programs, and delivering innovative solutions that drive business success across a broad technology landscape, including Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading workstream delivery and ensuring effective management of processes and projects.
  • Continuously improving processes by identifying innovative solutions through research and analysis.
  • Managing professional employees and supervising teams to deliver complex technical initiatives, with accountability for performance and results.
  • Engaging actively with clients, participating in working sessions, and leading workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
  • Identifying opportunities for additional services and managing engagement economics.
  • Developing and maintaining applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Automating business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver custom solutions.
  • Integrating Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
  • Ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
  • Providing technical support and training to users.
  • Staying updated with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Analyzing business problems, designing technology solutions, and managing the full solution lifecycle.
  • Working with project teams to develop, test, integrate, implement, and support solutions using the Power platform.
  • Ensuring efficient integration of programming deliverables, timely builds, and overall code quality.
  • Troubleshooting issues independently and demonstrating good communication and analytical skills.

Requirements

  • Top Secret Clearance.
  • A Bachelor's degree (4-year degree).
  • 10 years of expertise in prioritizing initiatives and managing resources effectively.
  • 10 years of experience with methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
  • 10 years of experience managing budgets, timelines, and risks across multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or other program management software.
  • 10 years of experience managing large-scale, complex programs with multiple interdependencies.
  • Experience in leading organizational change and driving adoption of new processes or technologies.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and demonstrated client trust and value.
  • Effective communication skills with impact.
  • Digital fluency and emotional agility.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage change.

Nice to Have

  • Deep understanding and ability to teach concepts, tools, features, functions, and benefits of different approaches.
  • Experience working with diverse teams to deliver complex solutions.
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Power Platform Certification.
  • Knowledge of Python and C#.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree (4-year degree).
  • Top Secret Clearance.

  • Salary range in the US from $142,600 to $261,500, with higher ranges in NYC Metro Area, Washington State, and California.
  • Flexible work environment with hybrid model (40-60% in person).
