Join EY and help to build a better working world. Technology Consulting - Microsoft PowerApps Program Manager - Senior Consultant. As a Program Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and manage both direct and contract employees to support the successful execution of complex IT programs. You will be responsible for ensuring work products align with organizational business objectives while fostering collaboration to achieve successful product delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking projects from original concept through final implementation.
  • Continuously improving processes by identifying innovative solutions through research and analysis.
  • Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Engaging actively with clients, participating in working sessions, and leading workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
  • Delivering innovative solutions that drive business success.
  • Managing all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects.
  • Providing a single point of contact for those projects.
  • Designing and building scalable solutions that unify, enrich, and derive insights from varied data sources.
  • Helping clients navigate the complex world of modern data science, analytics, and software engineering.
  • Providing guidance and performing technical development tasks to ensure data science solutions are properly engineered and maintained.

Requirements

  • Top Secret Clearance.
  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years of expertise in prioritizing initiatives and managing resources effectively.
  • 5 years of expertise in methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
  • 5 years of expertise in managing budgets, timelines, and risks across multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or other program management software.
  • 5 years of experience managing large-scale, complex programs with multiple interdependencies.
  • Experience in leading organizational change and driving adoption of new processes or technologies.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated client trust and value.
  • Effective communication skills with impact.
  • Digital fluency and emotional agility.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage change.

Nice to Have

  • A deep understanding of and ability to teach concepts, tools, features, functions, and benefits of different approaches.
  • Experience working with diverse teams to deliver complex solutions.
  • Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies.

  • A Bachelor's degree.

  • Comprehensive compensation and benefits package including medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and paid time off options.
  • Base salary range in the US: $101,500 to $186,000; in NYC Metro, Washington State, and California: $121,700 to $211,300.
