This role sits within the rapidly growing Products and Platforms practice at EY, a product-led team building innovative AI-infused products and solutions, working on global teams and sharing learnings across sectors. The practice owns the product development lifecycle for solutions that deliver value and transformative outcomes to clients, with a focus on scalable business and sustainable revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

Product strategy definition and execution
Engineering execution in close collaboration with a senior architect
Gathering and prioritizing market and client feedback to iterate on priorities
Resource allocation based on changing business and market needs
Presenting and articulating the business and technology value proposition to c-suite executives at high-profile clients
Defining requirements and strategies for clients to achieve business goals with platform-driven AI technologies

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
Experience typically preferred: no less than 5 - 7 years relevant experience
Experience leading teams to produce ambitious product, platform, or client outcomes
Ideally have experience building products and platforms at leading technology companies and startups
Extreme sense of personal ownership and accountability for results
Exceptional clarity in communication
Ability to deal with ambiguity
Ability to build consensus across stakeholders with differing needs
Comfort in high-level executive and lower-level engineering conversations
Genuine curiosity about the latest developments in AI
Ability to prioritize and align resource investments with business needs
Ability to translate business requirements into prioritized technology investments
Comfortable having hard conversations with clients and team members

Nice to Have

Experience building products and platforms at leading technology companies and startups

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (4-year degree) required
Master's degree preferred
5-7 years of relevant experience
Experience leading teams to produce product, platform, or client outcomes
Experience building products and platforms at leading tech companies or startups

Base salary range in the US: $168,400 to $384,600; in NYC, Washington State, California: $202,000 to $437,100
