TEMP-Vertex Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build a strategy and plan a roadmap for Vertex implementation, define goals, and track progress towards those goals.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets; manage resources efficiently.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain project documentation, including requirements, configuration details, and testing procedures.
• Facilitate SIT & UAT testing procedures.
• Facilitate change adoption by ensuring effective training, communication, and support for end-users.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, such as data migration issues, conversion issues, or deployment issues.
• Address challenges and issues that may arise during implementation, ensuring projects remain on track.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuously evaluate project performance, track key metrics, and provide updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in program and project management, including building roadmaps and defining goals.
• Ability to manage project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with project documentation, testing procedures, and change management.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks during project implementation.
• Problem-solving skills to address challenges during projects.
