We are a global insurance and employee benefits broker with over $5 billion in revenue and nearly 20,000 employees across 600 offices in North America. Our Communication & Design team creates multi-channel campaigns, primarily focusing on Employee Benefit Communications, to engage employees and simplify benefits information. This is a temporary position from September 2 to December 12, 2025, seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to help keep our work fresh, inclusive, and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

Work with the Employee Benefits Communication and Design team on heavy production work.
Be a general Adobe InDesign wizard, updating and formatting high-quality files.
Work with templates to create new and edit existing materials.
Produce and deliver work on time, meeting deadlines set by the project manager.
Work within design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
Manage client assets and develop, organize, and maintain client folders within a shared network.
Juggle multiple projects simultaneously and follow timelines.
Dedicate extra time and attention to complete tasks when required, especially during the busy season.

Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign with a keen eye for layout, typography, and color.
High attention to detail, creativity, and organization skills.
Ability to meet strict deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Bachelor (of Art/Science) Degree in Graphic Design preferred.
At least two years of graphics/production experience in a professional environment.
Fast and accurate hands-on skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
Demonstrated computer proficiency (Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite).
Willingness to dedicate extra time during peak periods.
