About the Role

Parsons is seeking a Senior Test Coordinator to join their team supporting high visibility activities for an Army Product Manager at Fort Belvoir, VA. The role involves working with experienced engineers, scientists, and developers to support testing, evaluation, and system assessments related to defense programs. Key Responsibilities

  • Plans and manages assignments, progress, and evaluates results.
  • Coordinates with Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) to develop appropriate testing for government programs.
  • Monitors ATEC activities to ensure testing adequacy and data collection for independent evaluation.
  • Oversees or conducts Test and Evaluation Working Integrated Product Teams (T&E WIPT) and Test Readiness Reviews (TRR).
  • Ensures test plans, procedures, and execution are adequate and issues are closed.
  • Ensures military tactics, techniques, and procedures used during testing are current and representative.
  • Attends testing, reports on test results and issues, and evaluates test data.
  • Assesses risks and develops test result summaries for leadership briefings and milestone decisions.
  • Works with team members to understand interfaces and resolve integration issues.
  • Reviews system evaluation plans and provides input to Product Managers.
  • Schedules and resources DT/OT events.
  • Reviews test plans, procedures, reports, and system assessments for accuracy and issues.
  • Develops fiscal year ammunition requirements based on test data.
  • Tracks all planned testing and maintains a Master Test Schedule.
  • Shares data with PEO-level T&E personnel for test synchronization.
  • Ensures all government test planning documents are uploaded to appropriate databases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 15+ years of related experience.
  • Active Secret Security clearance.
  • Strong experience with Army Hardware.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Test and Evaluation activities.
  • Ability to lead test efforts on assigned programs with minimal oversight.
  • Extensive knowledge and previous experience in Defense Acquisition Systems (non-IT) and Military Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Army Test and Evaluation processes.
  • Knowledge of defense acquisition and military TTP.
