About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support in overall data requirements of E-commerce Moderation; structure and design core index; build and maintain data dashboard; monitor core index data abnormalities.
• Collaborate with the DE, PM, RD, and Algo teams to improve data infrastructure, enabling moderation teams to identify problems and operational opportunities more efficiently.
• Co-operate with regional moderation leaders and cross-functional teams to build insights and provide data analysis & business review reports or other reports as required.

Requirements

• Ability to pull, process, and analyze appropriate data for specific tasks, and derive accurate conclusions and insights from data analysis.
• Ability to develop clear storylines to convey key messages and adapt them to different audiences and report occasions.
• Ability to define the best analytical methodology for a problem and deliver analysis with minimal guidance.
• Quick learner of domain knowledge in new areas.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with dashboard development and data reporting.
• Knowledge of data infrastructure improvement.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
