Turnkey Project Manager - Key Accounts

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and developing internal and external communication plans with stakeholders to communicate project status
• Review contract documents to identify risk and develop mitigation plans
• Financially manage all aspects of projects including cash flow, monthly forecasted cost/revenue, forecasted cost at completion, monitoring expenses, collections support, analyzing and reporting to identify project deficiencies, and providing guidance on corrective action
• Utilize properly qualified subcontractors, oversee subcontractor RFQ process, award subcontracts, and manage subcontractor execution
• Collaborate with technicians and subcontractors to establish project tasks, schedule requirements, communication for project progress, and review of plans/specifications and control submittals
• Manage change order processes by recommending solutions, facilitating quotes, and closing orders with support from sales and estimating teams
• Lead all aspects of project administration including risk mitigation of contract content, validating scope/cost/schedule, managing project compliance, documentation, safety guidelines, and project schedules
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in HVAC / BAS Controls and Project Management, or a combination of degree and experience
• Experience in leading teams with different technical skill levels
• Efficient resource and manpower planning skills
• Familiarity with executing as a third-tier contractor and working with building owners is a plus
• Must possess a valid driver's license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations such as DUI, hit & run, license suspension, reckless or careless driving, or multiple preventable collisions in the past 3 years
• HVAC industry experience is required
• Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Project Management degree is a plus

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in HVAC / BAS Controls and Project Management or relevant degree and experience
• Valid driver's license for at least 12 months with a clean record
