TWS Program Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, Manage, administer and organize programs in cooperation with and under the direction of Management and other teams/groups
• Plan, budget, organize, and coordinate projects/programs
• Provide training, enforcement of internal procedures and controls, and problem resolution
• Work closely with upper management to provide strategic guidance to teams and project management to ensure the scope of each project is on schedule
• Support and work with other departments, groups, companies, organizations, and customers
• Design and develop or assist with design and development of programs and/or projects
• Approve and monitor budget expenditure and provide interim status reports on; over-sees, coordinates, and/or assists with proposal writing to develop additional funding
• Prepare program/project PNL and ensure goals and revenue are maximized based on schedule
• Provide coordination and leadership in execution of day-to-day program/project activities
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or equivalent work experience (PMP certification desired)
• 4-10+ years of previous Program management experience or other management position
• 3+ years of industry experience preferred
• Good analytical skills to compile information into useful reports and presentations
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge and proficiency with MS Office
• Working knowledge of program/project management software is a strong advantage

Nice to Have

• PMP certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or equivalent work experience
• 4-10+ years of program management or management experience
• 3+ years of industry experience
