The role involves working with specialized sales resources to provide and sell support offerings to Mid-Market and Corporate customers, contributing to digital transformation, and driving solution sales and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acts as a thought leader across solution areas to advise customers on digital transformation, drive deployment, and create business value by removing blockers to consumption.
  • Drives sales orchestration to proactively ensure deal closure by identifying and aligning internal stakeholders and expanding relationships with the account team.
  • Lead BDM and ITDM conversations, leveraging and sharing competitor knowledge as a subject matter expert to inform pursuit or withdrawal decisions.
  • Manages the end-to-end sales and delivery success of the assigned territory; conducts forecasting for accounts and develops a portfolio and territory plan to drive strategic, aligned selling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
  • 4+ years experience with consumption-based cloud selling.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, presentation, financial, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop sales and business strategy options and successfully execute complex opportunities.
  • Collaborative work style to engage with Microsoft sales & services teams, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Growth mindset with a positive approach to problem solving, learning, and development.

Nice to Have

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (e.g., MBA), Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of solution sales or consulting services sales experience.
