Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the healthcare sector.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring successful introduction of new products and enhancements to existing offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide marketing tools, training, and support that address customer needs and drive sales performance.
  • Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, trade shows, and educational programs, to promote Advanced Surgery's products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and industry partners to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Establish key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Work with Medical, R&D, regulatory, and Sales Operation teams to ensure alignment on products and compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage a marketing budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to enhance return on investment on marketing activities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer meetings, conferences, and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in commercial marketing with 7 years experience, with a focus on medical devices or healthcare market.
  • Strong understanding of surgical markets and customer needs.
  • Track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to influence and engage partners at all levels.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7 years of proven experience in commercial marketing, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
