About the Role

The Software Product Management team at VIZIO is focused on delivering superior entertainment experiences to all customers by organizing and discovering content across streaming apps. The portfolio includes SmartCast, an OTT platform, and WatchFree+, a streaming service with over 300 free channels and more than 15,000 ad-supported movies and TV shows. The team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to enhance identity and payment experiences across VIZIO devices, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive user growth, improve customer experience, and maximize business ROI. The role requires strong analytical skills, product intuition, and experience across 10-foot and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize product features for ecommerce TV experiences based on customer and business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals and drive a unified product vision.
  • Track and manage program risks, providing solutions and status updates to leadership.
  • Analyze product performance, leveraging data to refine and optimize the roadmap.
  • Solve problems creatively, filling gaps across teams to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience defining and launching B2C digital products, especially within ecommerce or connected device environments.
  • Strong background in requirements scoping, risk analysis, and agile product development.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Hands-on skills in data-driven decision making, with a focus on key performance metrics.
  • Tenacity and adaptability—able to thrive amidst ambiguity and deliver results.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area.
  • 4 years' experience as a product manager working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences and knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards.
  • Experience with assistive technologies and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices and supporting an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years' experience in product management.
  • Option 2: 7 years' experience in product management or related area.
