We're seeking a Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer II to join our Wealth Service Platform team in Jersey City, New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of full stack applications aligned with business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and security to deliver innovative solutions.
Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to technology strategy.
Participate in code reviews and assist in debugging efforts.
Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and performance standards.
Manage project timelines and deliverables, coordinating with stakeholders to meet business objectives.
Continuously contribute directly to the success of project deliverables.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
7-9 years of experience in full stack software development.
Extensive experience in full stack development with proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., Java, Spring Framework, Oracle, SQL).
Strong understanding of REST APIs, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.
Proven leadership experience in software development projects within a financial services environment is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
