Key Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the fragrance portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall Ralph Lauren brand vision.
  • Develop and execute a 3-year strategic launch plan, driving innovation and growth across global markets.
  • Monitor global marketplace performance, identifying trends and opportunities to optimize the portfolio.
  • Lead the end-to-end innovation pipeline, from concept development to product launch.
  • Collaborate with Product Development, R&I, and Creative teams to create consumer-centric products that resonate globally.
  • Decode trends and consumer insights to inform product positioning and innovation strategies.
  • Oversee the development of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels, including digital, social media, and in-store.
  • Partner with global markets to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns and product launches.
  • Manage agency relationships to deliver impactful creative assets that elevate the brand.
  • Work closely with Ralph Lauren Corporation to ensure alignment with the fashion brand's DNA and Mr. Lauren's vision.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Consumer Insights, Retail Design, and Communications, to deliver cohesive strategies.
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of marketers.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, empowering your team to excel.

Requirements
