Vice President II, Data Analytics - AI & Reporting

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI / automation models to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Develop / update analytics / reports used by the Product Governance team, Product Managers, and Control Function SMEs.
• Analyze Product datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
• Analyze current and emerging business activities and propose improvements using AI, analytics / reporting, data, and business office tools.
• Support the evolution of the ProGo application.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and reporting/analytics technologies and apply them to our processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, information Systems, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
• A combination of education and experience will be considered.
• 7 years total experience is preferred.
• Proven experience in data analysis, AI, and metrics / analytics, with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Nice to Have

• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Banking and Financial Services experience.
