The Vice President, Partner Marketing role is a key leadership position reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for driving strategic partner marketing initiatives that fuel growth, engagement, and mutual success with our partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives and drives measurable growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key partners to enhance mutual growth and innovation.
  • Inspire and lead a team of partner marketing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.
  • Work closely with the Partnerships and Alliances team, sales, product, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of partner initiatives.
  • Design and implement joint marketing programs, campaigns, and events with partners to drive demand generation, product awareness, and lead generation.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to monitor and analyze the performance of partner marketing activities, optimizing strategies to achieve KPIs.
  • Oversee the partner marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum return on investment.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to keep the partner marketing strategy innovative and relevant.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partner or channel marketing within the B2B enterprise software industry.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
  • Strong experience in demand generation within the SaaS B2B industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including ABM, digital marketing, pipeline, and performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful partner marketing programs that drive measurable results.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in global or multi-regional markets.
  • Knowledge of the legal, tax, compliance, or media sectors (preferred but not required).

Qualifications

  • Educational background with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of marketing experience, especially in partner or channel marketing within B2B enterprise software.
