Video Producer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing, technical publications, and various departments to brainstorm and develop engaging video concepts that highlight Alto-Shaam's products and services.
• Execute creative and strategic direction for videos as provided by the project requestor and marketing leadership.
• Oversee creative video production, including storyboarding, filming, and editing, in alignment with creative leadership.
• Coordinate schedules, locations, and resources required for video shoots.
• Support on-camera talent during shoots in collaboration with creative leadership.
• Support the production of animated product launch videos by providing video specification requirements to the agency.
• Edit video footage using industry-standard software, adding graphics, animation, sound design, and special effects.
• Work with digital marketing to optimize video content for social media, website, and email platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce various content types, including product support, customer success stories, employee activities, and more.
• Plan, execute, direct, record, and distribute webinar and livestream events.
• Stay current on latest video trends and research equipment needs for video production processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in production, broadcasting or equivalent education and relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 8-10 years in TV, video or digital creative roles.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition.
• Experience with video editing and audio recording in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Audio/Visual technologies, including sound systems for broadcast/live events.
• Experience with exporting/delivering various Video Codecs for display, distribution, and social channels.
• Advanced knowledge of DSLR and Cine cameras.
• Understanding of Photography principles: Shutter Speed, Aperture, and ISO.
• Understanding of Cinematography principles: Composition, Lighting, and Framing.
• Experience with Storyboarding, Shot List creation, and Scripting.
• Organized File Management system and redundant file archives.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and travel as necessary.
