Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B product marketing strategy (global and regional) aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing product marketing team, fostering a culture of curiosity, innovation, and teamwork.
  • Serve as a key member of the Performance Marketing leadership team, contributing to team goals and culture development.
  • Conduct and maintain market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, competitor positioning, customer needs, and differentiation opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain audience segments based on target audience characteristics, pain points, buying behaviors, and decision-making processes.
  • Define and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and highlights unique value propositions.
  • Create compelling content such as website copy, sales collateral, presentations, and case studies to support marketing and sales efforts.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Partner with cross-functional GTM teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and enhancements.
  • Work with Commercial Marketing to effectively reach target audiences with value-rich messaging.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver sales training and enablement materials to equip the sales team.
  • Create and maintain a library of sales tools, including product demos, presentations, and battlecards.
  • Act as a strategic advisor and partner to the sales team, providing product, market, and audience expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8-12 years of experience in B2B product marketing with a proven success record.
  • Experience in the media, advertising, and market research industry is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of B2B product marketing principles and best practices.
  • Ability to collaborate successfully across sales, product, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of managing in chaos, prioritizing, and setting stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Strong relationship skills for developing and maintaining strategic internal and external relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
