Gelia, a top 15 B2B marketing communications agency in the US with offices in Buffalo, NY and Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Part-Time Web & Data Integration Specialist to support our digital and data teams with critical development and integration work. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving technical challenges, enjoys variety in their projects, and values flexibility in their schedule. Key Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, AEM, Shopify).
Translating design mockups into responsive, accessible front-end code.
Supporting marketing automation builds and tracking (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Google Tag Manager).
Integrating data across platforms like CRMs, websites, lead gen tools, and analytics dashboards.
Monitoring and troubleshooting data flows or tagging issues to ensure clean reporting.
Helping automate reporting processes using Python, SQL, or low-code platforms.
Maintaining documentation of data structures and integration processes.

Requirements

3-5+ years of experience in web development and/or data integration.
Solid working knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
Familiarity with APIs, data exchange formats (CSV, JSON, XML), and tools like Zapier or Power Automate.
Experience with CRMs, marketing platforms, and digital analytics tools.
Comfort working with SQL and/or Python to manipulate and validate data.
Ability to clearly communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AEM, or call center data systems.
Understanding of ADA compliance, SEO best practices, and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
Interest or experience in working in an agency or fast-paced digital environment.

Qualifications

Experience in web development and/or data integration (3-5+ years).
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
Familiarity with APIs, data formats, and tools like Zapier or Power Automate.
