Web Content Lead

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a remote team of five content editors, including conducting one-on-one meetings, approving timecards and time-off requests, and ensuring consistent content quality.
• Oversee the entire product publication process, from running new product reports and assigning tasks to creating a continuity plan for editor absences.
• Inspect published content to ensure strict adherence to the company's style guide.
• Work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Ecommerce, and Accounting teams to validate pricing accuracy and other content initiatives.
• Manage online product pricing to ensure compliance with Minimum Advertised Price (MAP), adjustment, and discount requirements.
• Collaborate with teams to verify pricing accuracy, troubleshoot online pricing display issues, and generate weekly change reports using the ERP system.
• Develop expertise in adjustment and discount codes to support pricing strategies.
• Oversee customer-facing pages for rebates, sales, and discounts, ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Handle ad hoc requests from Ecommerce and Merchandising teams with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience leading remote or hybrid teams with a background in web content strategy, editing, and digital publishing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, and Jira.
• Technically adept with strong troubleshooting skills across content management systems, software tools, and web platforms.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management and delegation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, comfortable using data to inform decisions.
• Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement and team development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in team leadership and digital content management.
