About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop custom programs for websites that attract and appeal to users, providing the desired information.
• Create web applications and components from the requirements stage to design and production deployment.
• Develop new Web applications through packaged and customized applications.
• Create web front-end user interface to new or existing databases using a combination of HTML, SQL, C, VB, or other languages to make business applications accessible.
• Design and implement user-driven templates, databases, and interfaces for ease of use.
• May create a company-wide Intranet.
• Develop database-driven web interfaces for rapid, real-time information sharing.
• Develop external web portals allowing users to input and retrieve accurate information.

Requirements

• Experienced in graphics, layout, scripting, programming, as well as development involving compatibility and seamless integration with various technologies such as Java and ColdFusion.
• Career-level understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts.
• Possess a thorough knowledge of programming and server software operations.
• Able to provide technical solutions to a wide range of complex problems under only general direction.
• Able to independently determine and develop approaches to solutions.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 5 - 7 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3 to 5 years of experience.
