Web Designer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design strongly branded promotional graphics, website layouts, marketing emails, web banners, wireframes, mockups, PowerPoint presentations, digital event materials, and prototypes that align with business objectives.
• Design interactive elements such as buttons, forms, and menus to optimize user interaction.
• Create website designs that adapt seamlessly across different devices (desktops, tablets, mobile phones).
• Collaborate closely with art directors, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life.
• Help recognize and implement new systems to organize workflow.
• Maintain brand identity across all design elements.
• Present design concepts, receive feedback, and refine designs based on client input.
• Optimize digital images for efficiency and finalize assets that meet technical specifications for digital publishing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong visual design skills with proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, and Figma.
• Understanding of UX principles, web accessibility standards, responsive design methodologies, and front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong typographic skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables efficiently.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate design concepts through visual storytelling.

Nice to Have

• Experience in web and digital design.
• Knowledge of current digital trends and social landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design.

Benefits & Perks

• Salary range of $100,000 - $115,000 per year.
