Product Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build and launch client websites (goal: approximately one per week).
• Create graphics, logos, and other visuals as needed.
• Conduct keyword research and develop SEO-friendly content or coordinate with the content team.
• Make client-requested website edits within 48 hours (except weekends and major changes).
• Occasionally participate in client meetings to discuss design and feedback.
• In some markets, create social media posts and ads for clients.
• Keep communication professional, positive, and timely, aiming for same-day responses whenever possible.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and visual).
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented, motivated, and organized team player.
• Ability to commute to Nashville, TN 37206 (required).
• Ability to relocate to Nashville, TN 37206 before starting work (required).
• Experience creating or editing websites (professional, school, or personal projects).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Experience with domain/hosting management.
• Experience with domain-based email setup.
• Web design experience (preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or a related field — or equivalent experience in web/digital work.
