The role of Workday Supply Chain Lead involves leveraging healthcare operations expertise to facilitate transformational change for clients through process improvements and innovative solutions using Workday's supply chain management software.

Key Responsibilities

Be a catalyst for change as you act as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients, providing expert advice on industry-leading supply chain best practices
Take the lead on client engagements, using analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and developing tailored solutions
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, design processes, and configure the software to enhance supply chain operations
Conduct business process analysis, developing workflows and process maps to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Configure Workday Supply Chain Management modules based on the established design
Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on-time, within scope and budget, and to high standards
Present solutions and best practices to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in healthcare supply chain management

Requirements

3+ years of experience in supply chain operations within the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of driving change
Experience as a workstream lead for Workday Supply Chain Management implementation projects
Strong understanding of healthcare supply chain management processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics
Knowledge of Workday Supply Chain Management or related supply chain software
Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience

Benefits & Perks

Salary range of $90,650-$200,000
Potential eligibility for an annual bonus
