About the Role

The 2026 Commercial LEAD Summer Associate program at Colgate-Palmolive offers a 10-week immersive experience designed to develop future business leaders in the consumer goods industry. Participants will perform strategic project work, gain hands-on experience in driving growth for Hill's Pet Nutrition, and engage in comprehensive training, mentorship, and networking opportunities. Successful completion may lead to a full-time position in the Commercial LEAD Program, a structured two-year development experience within the company. The program emphasizes cross-functional rotations across Customer Development, Global Marketing, US Marketing, and Digital Transformation, providing broad exposure to the business and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities

Perform strategic project work immersed in the day-to-day business activities.
Help drive growth initiatives for Hill's Pet Nutrition through hands-on experience.
Participate in rotations across Customer Development, Global Marketing, US Marketing, and Digital Transformation to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business.
Collaborate with global and US teams to manage brand strategies, innovations, and digital ecosystems.
Analyze category, customer, and shopper data to maximize commercial effectiveness.
Build strategic thinking and storytelling skills through real-world projects.
Engage with leadership and participate in networking sessions and social events.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in an accredited MBA or Master's program with an intended graduation date between April - June 2027.
Minimum of 4 years of prior professional experience involving business analysis and cross-functional project management.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. now or in the future; sponsorship cannot be provided.
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
Passion for Consumer Goods and a 'can-do' attitude.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt quickly.
Excellent storytelling and data analysis skills.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Data & Analytics, Project Management, influence and negotiation skills.
Financial proficiency and commercial business expertise.
Experience in brand management and eCommerce.

Qualifications

Enrollment in an MBA or Master's program with graduation planned between April - June 2027.
At least 4 years of professional experience in business analysis and project management.

Salary range of $105,840.00 - $123,480.00 USD, based on experience and location.
