The Digital Strategy Group (DSG) works with C-level leadership at Adobe's top customers to craft strategies for customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. Our engagements employ Adobe's digital benchmarking capabilities, industry trends, customer-journey mapping, organizational assessments, and other techniques to deliver high-impact recommendations. We also bring a deep industry perspective to the organization, delivering vision, published thought leadership, and aligning the ecosystem on an overall industry go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take part in client-facing strategy engagements for senior customers, developing insights and recommendations as part of a team.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product experts, and enterprise architects to deliver value for customers.
  • Contribute in areas such as strategic business engagements, executive advisory, and customer workshops.
  • Conduct deep discovery interviews, prioritization exercises, and analytics benchmarking using Adobe's proprietary data to optimize experiences.
  • Collaborate with senior customer executives through deep industry expertise and evangelism, including presenting market research and Adobe's perspective on business challenges.
  • Facilitate customer-facing workshops for discovery and developing solutions aligned to business challenges.
  • Contribute to defining Adobe's industry perspective by authoring thought leadership assets and driving demand generation and field enablement.
  • Collaborate on Adobe's strategy to deepen its customer footprint in core industries and coordinate go-to-market efforts across functions.
  • Develop as a customer and business leader by learning the Experience Cloud business and engaging with teams across Adobe.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program graduating between December 2025 and June 2026.
  • Outstanding record of academic and professional achievement.
  • Demonstrated passion for digital experiences and/or cloud technology.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including research, data analysis, hypothesis development, and synthesizing recommendations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively verbally and in writing.
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb concepts quickly.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% (actual amount may be less).

Nice to Have

  • Work or internship experience in a leading technology company, strategy consulting organization, digital agency, or marketing department.
  • Experience creating digital/brand/media strategies and understanding the technologies and tactics necessary for execution.
  • Experience in one of the following industry groups: Retail, Travel & Hospitality, Media & Entertainment, Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Auto, Public Sector.

Qualifications

  • Full-time MBA enrollment with graduation between December 2025 and June 2026.

Benefits & Perks

  • The U.S. pay range for this position is $94,300 -- $179,300 annually, varying by location and experience.
  • Pay within this range depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Starting salaries for sales roles include total target compensation (base + commission) and short-term incentives via sales commissions.
  • Non-sales roles have starting salaries as base salary with short-term incentives via the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
  • Certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
