About the Role

The 2026 SF Fed Summer Internship Program at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco offers college and graduate students the opportunity to gain professional experience in a vibrant, collaborative environment. Requirements

Full-time undergraduate or graduate students currently enrolled in an accredited college or university with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2028.
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Keen interest in public service and the mission-driven work of the SF Fed.
Demonstrated leadership ability.
Ability to work 40 hours per week for the full 10.5-week internship.
Ability to work 5 days per week in-office.

Nice to Have

Studies in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Math, Software Engineering, Statistics, Physics.

Qualifications

Enrollment in an accredited college or university with an expected graduation date within specified range.
Interest in public service and financial systems.
Leadership skills and ability to work full-time during the internship period.
