About the Role

This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. You're a motivated rising senior student with a 3.0 GPA or higher seeking a degree in Marketing or Business Administration from an accredited college or university. The internship is a full-time, 10-week program designed to provide real-world experience in the telecommunications industry, including professional development, networking opportunities, and mentorship. Interns will contribute to meaningful projects within their department, gain new skills, build connections with team members and senior leaders, and participate in activities such as webinars, community service, and final presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preparing diverse marketing and business data sets for analysis.
Apply statistical methods, potentially including regression analysis, ANOVA, and hypothesis testing, to understand customer behavior, initiative effectiveness, and market trends.
Contribute to marketing attribution models and media mix models to measure the impact of different marketing channels.
Contribute to the creation of dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and visualize data insights.
Collaborate with marketing teams to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for campaign optimization and future strategy development.

Requirements

Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree.
Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program.
Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program.
Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
