The internship is designed to prepare college students for entry into the business world by providing a thorough understanding of the various functions of Zebra Technologies, including exposure to all parts of the business, professional development, and mentorship. The Social Media Team plays a pivotal role in expanding Zebra's brand and voice through meaningful content and audience engagement, offering interns a foundation to explore Zebra's Marketing Development Program.

Key Responsibilities

Researching, publishing, and writing social media copy for relevant third-party and Zebra content for Zebra's Employee Advocacy Channel to increase employee engagement.
Assisting with the preparation of social media posts for Zebra's executive thought leaders.
Building and planning out the social media content calendar with upcoming posts, campaigns, and events.
Utilizing Zebra's social media management tool to access social listening dashboards and reporting.
Working on various projects with the Social Media Team and collaborating with other interns.
Analyzing and evaluating content to ensure error-free grammar, spelling, and formatting.
Working in a hybrid environment while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements

Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or related discipline.
Must have an anticipated graduation date between 2026-2027.
Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to Have

Experience using social media networks in a professional capacity.
Basic understanding of social media management tools.
Ability to think both creatively and analytically to drive positive results in a fast-paced, innovative work environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint).
Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Proven leadership and excellence in professional, academic, and/or extracurricular experiences.
Ability to collaborate as part of a team.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications
