Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and discuss market trends and data with colleagues and clients.
Analyze portfolio characteristics in the context of broader investment themes.
Evaluate risk reports, perform attribution research, and conduct scenario analysis.
Create customized client reports and respond to ad-hoc inquiries.
Draft internal presentations and prepare client-servicing materials.
Summarize and explain complex financial and economic concepts to educate and service existing and prospective relationships.
Provide product information and sales support to Latin American financial advisors.
Identify new business development opportunities, drive marketing/sales campaigns, and close business.
Develop and maintain materials to support new business development, existing business, and product management initiatives.
Manage and build relationships with financial advisors as well as maintain and manage the CRM system.
Provide current insights regarding the firm’s and product-specific investment philosophy, process, strategy, performance, and other relevant information to clients and prospects.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required; open to applicants who graduate between May 2023 and June 2025 with a minimum 3.2 overall GPA.
0-2 years of experience, preferably in the financial services industry, with a strong interest in fixed income and economics.
Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Completion of Series 7 and 63 within the first six months of employment.
Knowledge of and interest in financial markets, fixed income, and portfolio management techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including strong knowledge of database applications such as index-provider databases, query tools, and Bloomberg.
Self-starter with the ability to work in a demanding and highly focused environment.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
Outstanding relationship-building skills and intellectual curiosity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Outstanding organizational, time management, and project management abilities.

Nice to Have

Experience in data analysis.
College internships in finance or client-oriented roles.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (or expected graduation between May 2023 and June 2025).
Minimum GPA of 3.2.

Benefits & Perks

Total compensation approach including a base salary and discretionary bonus.
Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00.
