About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities by utilizing current design and production capabilities
• Managing and growing existing accounts
• Developing and implementing sales strategies specific to each customer or channel of distribution
• Analyze and manage sales performance against company goals implementing new strategies to grow businesses
• Firm understanding of the competitive landscape and trends
• Collaborate with design and production team to merchandise & develop product
• Manage projects from concept to completion

Requirements

• Relevant network of current relationships
• A customer list that is both broad & deep to hit the ground running
• Strong financial skills
• Strong understanding of product development and sales leadership
• Outstanding communicator
• Strong team player
• Highly organized
• Strong computer skills. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
