Digital Account Strategist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding and anticipating their unique needs and objectives.
• Develop a deep understanding of our client's businesses, industries, and competitors to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
• Develop multi-channel marketing strategies in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement customized digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Review campaign performance data and make recommendations to internal teams and clients to further business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and tools to continuously improve our services.
• Facilitate day-to-day communication and provide clarity on projects/tasks between internal team members and clients.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and manage new clients.
• Promote the expansion of business with existing clients and develop new business opportunities with Fruition's Growth Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management within a digital marketing agency.
• Demonstrated success in managing and growing client relationships.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) for content creation, campaign optimization, or audience targeting.
• Experience developing digital marketing concepts and strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance across multiple channels and present actionable insights.
• Proficiency in analytics tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager.
• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies.
• Self-starter approach to work and professional communication skills.
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, and ESPs (MailChimp, Klaviyo, Maropost).
• Denver-based only; ability to work in the Denver, CO office at least 2 days per week.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools and platforms for content creation and campaign optimization.
• Knowledge of statistical significance in A/B testing.
• Familiarity with additional advertising and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing account management.
