Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage Scibids AI technology to manage Pilot campaigns during testing phase and BAU campaigns after client is scaled.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot campaign setup and performance within DSPs to ensure campaigns run effectively and smoothly.
  • Be the main point of contact for assigned clients, providing day-to-day support.
  • Maintain consistent client communication to ensure satisfaction and address questions or concerns.
  • Provide education, campaign insights, and performance recommendations regularly.
  • Collaborate with the Pre-Sales team on onboarding new clients and enhancing campaign setups.
  • Work with the Scibids solutions team to get answers, debug issues, and solve potential roadblocks.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Sales and Client Partner teams.
  • Lead performance impact review sessions, campaign wrap-ups, and standard reporting to demonstrate ROI.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and suggest strategic optimizations and new ideas.
  • Strategize and upsell to grow existing client business and acquire new clients.
  • Contribute to scaling successful pilots into BAU engagements and identify opportunities for campaign expansion.
  • Introduce clients to new Scibids product features and enhancements.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years in programmatic trading, analytics, or customer success/account management in the programmatic space.
  • Experience with at least 2 of the following DSPs: DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, Amazon, or Yahoo; experience with Meta & Google Ads is beneficial.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external team members.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • A can-do attitude to provide energy, drive, and enthusiasm.
  • Ambition to grow your career as the team scales.
  • Advanced mathematics studies or a maths major is an asset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Meta & Google Ads.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in advanced mathematics or related field is preferred.

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary range between $54,000 - $101,000 based on qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
  • Eligibility for bonus/commission, equity, and benefits.
